The GeoVera Specialty Insurance Company Residential Comprehensive Earthquake Policy is a unique insurance product that offers broad protection for the dwelling, other structures, personal property, and additional living expense. The Comprehensive policy is offered as a combined single limit of coverage with a deductible of 5%, 10%, 20% or 25% depending on the property's location and construction type.

Combined Single Limit of Coverage:

Dwelling: including the tile, grainte or marble flooring and coutnertops, wall coverings, stained glass

Other Structures: detached garage or other detached structures - including satellite dishes, light posts, BBQ's, playground equipment, greenhouses

Personal Property: including jewelry, fine arts, silverware, musical instruments, personal computer equipment, sporting goods

Loss of Use: Additional Living Expense/Fair Rental Value - up to 12 months

Engineering & Demolition Costs: 5%

Building Code Upgrade: $10,000

Loss Assessment: 20%
